With the ClipSet drop down menu you can switch between 10 Clip Sets. The ClipSets Drop Down Menu is located at the bottom of the Palette or in the titlebar of the Palette, but the Clip Sets can be accessed from the Utilities submenu as well. Select one for a complete new set of 10 Clipboards. Choose another set and the previously selected one is saved automatically. You can regard this as a way to have easy access to 100 clipboards. Each of the 10 ClipSets can be renamed from the preferences to describe that set (i.e. addresses, names, personal info, url’s, etc). The name of the currently active ClipSet is displayed in the Palettes titlebar, the number of the ClipSet on the Palettes Icon changes accordingly. Additionally the menu name is marked with a checkmark.
Clip Sets now can be changed via hotkey. You can activate one of the ten Clip Sets by typing F10 + #. This hotkey only works when the option "Use F2,F3, F4 Keys" is active (in the preferences).
You can create one Clip Set individually for different tasks by calling the menu command "Save Clip Set..." This saves all 10 clipboards to a file on disk. Once you save a set as a file it can then be passed on and opened by other CopyPaste users. Saved ClipSets can be made available to others on a network.
Selecting the menu item "Open Clip Set..." lets you load an already saved ClipSet. This gives you the option of having different ClipSets which you can load at any time. Use this to open a clipset sent to you by another CopyPaste user.
